Below various Pilates Class  Packages &  Gift-Voucher/Certificate Options:
1. Class Feedback, Corrections & Exercise Variations (if appropriate): Live and individualised
2. Small Classes: 10-12 participants maximum
3. Class Duration: All classes are 60min ( *not* like a lot of other online classes, that are only 40-50min)
4. Post-Class: 5-10min Chat or Q&A – Questions and Answers after the classes. ( ask me any fitness, exercises, Pilates, Core-Strength or Nutrition question you always wanted to be answered).
5. Experience – 18 years: Martin has been teaching various Pilates, Fitness, Kettlebell, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility and Core Strength Classes in the greater South Dublin area since 2002 (mainly in Dundrum, Churchtown, Rathfarnham, Sandyford, Leopardstown, Dublin 14, Dublin 16 and Dublin 18).
