In theĀ short Pilates VideoĀ below Iā€™m talking you through aĀ briefĀ ā€œPilates Back Strengthing and Loosening Routineā€Ā that you might do
(1) at home
(2) as part of a general Morning / Wake-Up Routine
(3) as part of your Golf Warm-Up
(4) as part of your Cool-Down, Back Stretching routine in the gym
(5) after your team training, GAA Gaelic Football, Hurling, Soccer or Rugby ā€¦
etc..

ThisĀ Mini-Circuit consistsĀ ofĀ three exercises, that work on different parts of your back. TheseĀ exercises complement each otherĀ and work very well together toĀ maintain general backĀ andĀ spine health, assuming you donā€™t have any major back, neck or shoulder issues.

(1)Ā Pilates ā€“ Shoulder BridgeĀ (version 1a)
(2)Ā Pilates ā€“ Chest Opener, Crab,Ā Crocodile (version 1)
(3)Ā Pilates ā€“ Swimming,Ā also referred to as Superman (version 1b)
